Nancy's concrete sidewalk was sinking so she called our team for leveling help. We installed PolyLevel, a system designed to fix concrete slabs that have sunk by using a new product to lift the concrete slabs back to their original level. The new product used is a polyurethane foam that expands and has a high density in order to raise the concrete. The process is quite simple and is done by drilling small holes into the concrete and then inserting the foam into the holes. Also, the PolyLevel system is waterproof and long-lasting.

Patrick realized his floors were uneven due to his lack of foundation support in his crawl space so he called Ayers for our repair solutions. After we conducted an inspection we were able to agree on installing our SmartJacks. These are steel, adjustable columns that provide foundation support. This repair system will lift the floors to their original positions and can be extended over time for better support. The steel columns were attached to a steel supplemental beam above and and they rest on a solid base installed in the sub-floor. This solution will provide Patrick's foundation with strength and stability!

This homeowner called us because their backyard sloped towards the house and was pushing against the walls. The pressure was causing horizontal and vertical cracks in their house. We installed GeoLock Anchors to the home to stabilize the walls. The GeoLock Anchors include steel rods that extend from the house into hard stable soil to prevent further movement. They cause minimal disruption to the lawn and don't take up space in your basement. This system is a long lasting solution to bowing or buckling walls!

A homeowners garage wall was being pushed inwards causing cracks with one crack being 1/8 of an inch deep. We installed the PowerBrace Foundation Wall Repair System to stop further movement. This system is made up of steel beams that are secured to joists above the wall with steel brakets. The beams stop damage from occuring and can potentially straighten the wall. Thei nstallation is quick and has very minimal disruption to your garage space.

This Grand Ledge home was up forsale but there was a bowing wall in the basement. The prospective buyers wanted it to be fixed so they called us to see what we could do to save the wall. We installed GeoLock Wall Anchors for them to halt further movement of the wall. These wall anchors are made of galvanized steel and work by extending from your wall into the hard, stable soil beyond your home. They brace the stronger soil to stabilize the foundation wall. Wall anchors are installed with minimal disruption to your lawn, and they won't damage the interior of your basement or take up usable space.
