Scott and Jody Contacted Ayers looking for a solution for their home. Within their basement, there were noticeable cracks in the foundation. Once contacting Ayers, An appointment was set up for a thorough home assessment. Based on the assessment results, the team at Ayers concluded that GeoLock Wall Anchors would be best for the situation.

A load-bearing plate is buried outside of the home, serving as the anchor, and a steel rod is drilled through the foundation and to the load-bearing plate. Lastly, Wall plates are bolted into place on the interior side of the wall and tightened onto the steel rod. Once everything was connected and tightened in Scott and Jody's home, their foundation was stabilized, and the cracked foundation was no longer problematic!
