Leveling a Walkway in Lansing MI
Diane and her husband are worried the sunken concrete in their walkway will cause tripping hazards for her in-laws and elderly parents. She thinks that water and the broken buried downspout was to blame for the problem. We installed a new buried downspout to make sure the water was moving away from the home. We also used an injectable foam called PolyLevel to keep the trip hazards away. It raises the fallen concrete and keeps the sidewalk level since the foam is waterproof! It all cures in about 15 minutes so the process is done is such a short amount of time.
Concrete Restoration for Lansing, MI Homeowner
Alice was having water issues within her basement and didn't understand where it was coming from. She decided to contact Ayers and set up a home inspection. The Specialist that conducted the review determined the cement slab by the house was settling, causing various issues. The team suggested using PolyLevel to raise and level the cement.
PolyLevel is a process where foam is injected below the cement through small holes in the concrete. The foam is waterproof and expands under high temperatures, allowing the installation specialist to level and stabilize the concrete! Alice was thrilled with how much better the concrete looked and even happier with the purpose it would serve!

PolyLevel Raises Back Porch in Kalamazoo Home Sale
Our customer called having recently sold his home and needing to fix one glaring issue - the back porch. The porch had sunk about 1 1/2 inches, which was evident in the gap it left between the siding and concrete. He needed the repair to be completed before they closed on the house at the end of April, and we luckily could oblige.
Using the PolyLevel injection system, we were able to raise the porch all the way back to its original position, eliminating the unsightly gap as well as the high step up into the house.
