PolyLevel Paves the Way in Middleville, MI
Recently, the soil that was holding up the slabs of this Middleville, MI walkway had started to wash away. And without any soil below the concrete, the slabs began to sink bit by bit every time they were stepped on. Since there were only a few slabs that were visibly settled, the owner was thinking about just replacing them. After contacting us, we explained the benefits of concrete lifting instead. While the slabs would have been easy enough to replace, they weren’t the problem. The soil had washed away and would more than likely continue to, even with new slabs. A more permanent solution would involve treating the source of the problem: the missing soil and support.
For concrete lifting and leveling, we use the PolyLevel Injection System. PolyLevel is a waterproof and durable foam. Once injected below the ground, the foam fills in the voids left when the soil washed out and provides a new base for the slabs to rest on. The injections are controlled by our project managers and use only the necessary amount of PolyLevel foam to even out the path. A few minutes later and the walkway was all ready for use again.
Leveling Concrete in Baroda, MI
Many of the concrete slabs in Mike's front walkway were settling and he called our team. We installed PolyLevel, a system designed to fix concrete slabs that have sunk by using a new product to lift the concrete slabs back to their original level. The new product used is a polyurethane foam that expands and has a high density in order to raise the concrete. The process is quite simple and is done by drilling small holes into the concrete and then inserting the foam into the holes. Also, the PolyLevel system is waterproof and long-lasting.
Using PolyLevel to fix Three Oaks, MI Porch
Mary and Rodger had several cracks in the sidewalks in the front and back of their home and it had become very uneven. It was a safety hazard, so they called Ayers to see what could be done. Our crew determined that PolyLevel would be the perfect solution for the job. PolyLevel is a system we use to repair sinking or cracked concrete. We drill minuscule holes into the concrete slab and fill them with foam. The foam raises the slab and fortifies it to make it last even longer. Mary and Rodger no longer have to worry about someone falling just walking into the house.
PolyLevel Restored Unleveled Slabs in Bangor, MI Home
The customer’s home used to be a garage but then had several add-ons. The home was placed on three separate concrete slabs, some of which were starting to sink. It seemed that water from the yard was washing out the soil underneath the concrete slab, which was causing the settling issue.
We started by removing the carpeting in the rooms in order the install the PolyLevel system. This system worked to raise and level out the concrete slabs while dealing with the weak soils below that were no longer able to hold the weight of the home above. We drilled multiple small holes into the concrete slabs in order to inject them with a polymer material that expanded to lift and level out the concrete. Once injected, the system only needed about 15 minutes to fully cure and the slabs were then stabilized and lifted to their proper level.
St Joseph, MI Community Pool Eliminates Tripping Hazards
A company in St Joseph wanted our help to level out their pool deck, so we came to their business to install our PolyLevel technology. PolyLevel is an advanced polymer injection foam that we blast into the concrete through tiny holes to raise it up level and make it stronger than ever before.
