A customer needed help repairing his basement wall because it wasn't stabilized. Due to the lack of stabilization, cracks in the wall formed and were letting water through. So our team installed the GeoLock Anchor System which permanently stabilized his wall. In most cases it can eventually straighten the wall back to its original position. It is done by putting heavy anchors in stable soil away from your foundation wall. This system is ideal because it involves minimal disturbance to his lawn and home. 

Ted had a few issues with cracks and unevenness in the concrete around his home. So he called our team to discuss possible solutions and we installed PolyLevel. It is a system designed to fix concrete slabs that have sunk by using a polyurethane foam to lift the concrete slabs back to their original level. The polyurethane foam expands and has a high density in order to raise the concrete. The process is simple and is done by drilling small holes into the concrete and then inserting the foam into the holes. Also, the PolyLevel system is long-lasting and waterproof. 

The floor above Jerry and Amy’s crawl space was beginning to sink so they called our team. Floors above crawl spaces are vulnerable due to the moisture and soils in your crawl space, so we installed SmartJack. It is a system produced to halt your sagging floors. The Smart Jack system is a permanent fix to these issues. It uses steel columns, threaded rods and a solid base to address any issues your crawl space may introduce to your floors. Installing this system usually takes less than a day and it provides immediate stabilization.

John owned a 1960's home in St Joseph that was a bilevel on a hill. The exposed foundation of the home had an extensive network of stair step cracking that the owner wanted stabilized so he could begin construction for a second level. We used Push Piers because they are the best option for unknown soil conditions and reaches the greatest depth to support the foundation. The installation is fast, effective, and the soil is back filled afterwards. The piers not only stabilize the home but can lift the foundation back to the correct level.

Jan was dealing with weak foundation support so she decided to make the call to Ayers for professional help. After sending a crew out to her home for a free inspection it was settled that she could use SmartJacks. These will provide the perfect fix as they are steel columns placed on a solid foundation base that carries the weight of the home along with a steel supplemental beam that is attached above the columns for extra support. This will raise the home back to its original position.
