Phil's joists in his crawl space were being ruined by water damage. He called our team because he was worried about future settlement issues. We received a call from a customer that lives in Richland, they told us about their sagging and creaky floors. We drove to their home to discover that there was not much support of the floors underneath. So we knew the perfect fix. SmartJacks. The SmartJack is a support system used to stabilize and level the floor joists in a crawl space. This system can support up to 60,000 pounds. The SmartJack system is placed on strong concrete fillings that have replaced the soil in that small location underneath the SmartJack.

Alan and Janet needed the concrete in their garage fixed in order to prevent their wall from bowing. So we installed PolyLevel, a system designed to fix concrete slabs that have sunk by using a new product to lift the concrete slabs back to their original level. The new product used is a polyurethane foam that expands and has a high density in order to raise the concrete. The process is quite simple and is done by drilling small holes into the concrete and then inserting the foam into the holes. Also, the PolyLevel system is waterproof and long-lasting.

Jodi and Rick have lived in their house for years. The concrete slabs in the garage were poured in the 70s and were severely cracked and sinking. They had them lifted once before in the 90s, but it dint last very long and ended up just making matters worse. The couple called Ayers for an inspection and our crew knew we could take care of this for them easily with PolyLevel and NexusPro. 

The PolyLevel system is used to repair sinking concrete by drilling minuscule holes into the slab and filling them with foam. The foam raises the slab and fortifies it to make it last even longer. NexusPro is a sealant that fills the cracks in the concrete. It is extremely withstanding to harsh weather so it will remain intact for years.

Jodi and Rick were so grateful to Ayers for finally being able to take care of this problem permanently. They can go into this winter knowing the cracks won’t destroy the driveway and garage.
