Our Foreman, Kiko Pena, and his production crew began the project by removing the concrete around the perimeter of the basement and laying 104 feet of our WaterGuard drainage system. Next, our team installed our CleanSpace Wall System Vapor Barrier, which is made to prevent humidity and mold build-up, serve as a protective and energy-efficient blanket, and cover any holes or divots in the foundation. To complete the installation, our Foreman and his team filled the open gaps with rock and applied a new layer of concrete over them, ensuring the space looked neater than when they found it.
