A homeowner from Easton, MN, got in contact with us when she noticed that her walls were leaking after a heavy rainstorm. The homeowner was afraid that the leaky walls were a symptom of a bigger problem. After seeing our waterproofing ads on TV, she decided to give us a call to see if we could help. A few weeks later, our Design Specialist, Ryan M, headed out to the home to see how serious the issue was.

Ryan elaborated, explaining that the CleanSpace is a 100% waterproof tarp-like material that gets installed directly to the basement walls. Its purpose is to direct any water entering through the walls down, along the barrier, and into the WaterGuard, a below-floor drain that works to collect water entering from the ground or the walls, directing it to the proper disposal site and keeping it off the floor.
