Michael H. of Bluffton, MN had water coming in through the sidewall of his basement during rainstorms, and he wanted to get it looked at by a professional. Our Foreman, Cameron, and his crew broke out the concrete floor perimeter and in front of the steps, forming a trench. In the trench, our team installed our WaterGuard, filled the open gaps with river rock, and applied new concrete over them, ensuring the basement was neater than when they found it.

Next, our team installed our SuperSump, which is a sump pump that comes with one pump and pumps water out of the basement through the discharge line. Lastly, our crew installed our CarbonArmor strips along the foundation wall to reinforce the wall and prevent it from cracking. To complete the project, Tremaine and his crew filled the open gaps with rock and applied a new layer of concrete. Craig was very happy with the project and couldn't believe the transformation!
