Chad went to her home, inspected the problem, and came up with a solution. Cheryl was comfortable Chad's proposal, so she scheduled an installation date. 

Our Foreman, Dan Hendrix, and his production team broke out the concrete around the pre-existing sump pump and replaced it with our SuperSump Plus M53 sump pump. Our sumps pumps are the main line of defense when it comes to a basement flood and is designed to keep basements dry and healthy for long periods of time. To complete the installation, our crew covered the open gaps with rock and replaced the concrete. Cheryl was happy we were able to help her and her home repair needs!

Our TripleSafe is designed with three layers of protection, including a battery back-up, and solves the three issues of water seepage in one system. Tom from Center City, MN was starting to notice cracks forming in his block foundation, which appeared to be worsening over time. tom was afraid that if he left the issue unresolved, he could run the risk of the problem worsening, creating a large, and more hazardous issue later. After doing some research, he came across our company. When he called in, we set him up with our FREE estimate, entitling him to a free, no-obligation estimate by a member of our Design Specialist team. A few weeks after the appointment was set, our Design Specialist headed out to the property to assess the situation. Once he had completed his walkthrough, he recommended our GeoLock wall anchors to fix the issue. Our Salesman explained to Tom that the GeoLock anchors are the preferred method of straightening as they extend out to the stable, hard-packed virgin soil beyond the foundation, anchoring themselves there and bracing the foundation wall, effectively pulling the wall back into place.  Tom agreed with the recommendation and work began shortly after. 

Our Foreman, Jose C, and his team ended up installing 12 of our GeoLock anchors throughout the basement. Once the project was complete, Tom was happy to know that he no longer needed to worry about his cracked foundation! 

We received a request for a free estimate after this Blue Earth, MN homeowner noticed that his free-standing garage foundation was starting to shift and collapse. American Waterworks respected design specialist, Eric Hazelton, was able to craft a lasting solution using our Geo Lock Wall Anchor System.  Four galvanized earth anchors were installed to straighten the foundation wall back to it's original position.

Our Foreman, Raul A., and his crew installed our Egress Window first, followed by our RockWell Window Well. Our Egress is large enough to allow a safe exit from the basement, it provides more natural light to the room, and it makes the basement feel larger and more inviting. Our RockWell offers a nice alternative to ugly, rotted window wells. They also provide a safe exit out of the home, they are a one-piece construction product, and they are a beautiful stone texture that looks good with landscaping.
