A homeowner in Manly, IA, had experienced a basement flood. Knowing this issue could not happen again, the homeowner began searching for basement waterproofing services in the area and found us. The homeowner then contacted us to schedule their FREE basement waterproofing estimate. 

In less than a week, our Design Specialist, Lance S., arrived at the home to assess the basement. During the inspection, Lance took notes on the areas of water intrusion could be present. After presenting his findings to the homeowner, Lance recommended installing WaterGuard, our below-the-floor drainage system that collects water at the perimeter of the basement and sends it to the sump pump system, SuperSump+, our elite sump pump system capable of removing 2,200 gallons of water per hour, and IceGuard, our anti-freeze discharge line that allows water to escape in sub-zero temperatures. The homeowner happily agreed to Lance's recommendations and decided to move forward with the project.

In about a month, our Foreman, Kiko P., and his crew arrived at the home for the installation. The crew installed 60ft of WaterGuard along the edges of the floors. After the installation, the crew cleaned up their equipment and left the home.

Darrel W. in Dougherty, WI was tired of dealing with uneven concrete slabs on his front walkway. While he was at a local home show, he visited the American Waterworks booth because he saw that we are capable of raising and leveling concrete.

He spoke to our Design Specialist, Don Mancilman, about his situation. Don went to Darrel's home a few days later to inspect his walkway and provide him with a FREE estimate. Darrel was pleased to learn that PolyLevel is a quick, durable and more efficient option to traditional concrete repair. Darrel liked the proposal that Don developed so he set a date for the installation. 

One of our PolyLevel experts, Troy Johnson, drilled penny-sized holes into the concrete slabs for the foam to be injected. Then he injected the foam until the concrete was completely level. Lastly, he sealed the cracks in the concrete with our Nexus Pro sealant. The entire process took about 2 hours and Darrel was pleased with how non-invasive the installation was. Darrel can now enjoy a level side walk for years to come!

Following a heavy rainstorm, a homeowner in Hartland, MN, noticed their basement was leaking water. A few days later, the Design Specialist promptly arrived at the home and began the thorough inspection of the basement. During the inspection, the Design Specialist confirmed that the exterior walls needed to be fully waterproofed. After sharing their findings, the homewoner, this was the best plan of action. After the installation date arrived, our Foreman, Kiko, and his crew traveled to the home to begin the installation. First, Kiko and his crew traveled to the home to begin by installing WaterGuard around the basement perimeter. Once the WaterGuard was secured, the crew shifted to attaching CleanSpace to the unfinished basement walls. Once all the products were secured, the crew cleaned up their matierals and left the home. Our Foreman, Edgar Miranda, and his production team began the installation by breaking out the concrete in the corner of the basement and installing our SuperSump Plus M53 Sump Pump. Edgar and his grew covered the open gaps with rock and replaced the concrete. Roxy had a great experience from start to finish, and no longer has to worry about water leaks! 

Thomas M. from New Richland, MN had water seeping into his basement that was coming up through his floor. He had tried temporary ways to seal the water off, but those quick fixes never lasted, and he continued to have a wet basement each time it rained. Our production team installed our WaterGuard drainage system around the perimeter of the basement and a TripleSafe sump pump that was connected to the drainage system. The TripleSafe is our most reliable pump because it has three pumps and it is protected with a battery backup. The WaterGuard properly guides water to the sump pump, and from there the water is expelled from the home through the discharge line. Thomas is thrilled that his basement has been a dry, healthier space since having our system installed.
