Interior Drainage System Installed in Willmar, MN

A homeowner in Willmar, MN had water seeping into their basement, causing their entire space to be wet. They called American Waterworks and requested a FREE estimate. Our Design Specialist, Chad, went to the homeowner's house, carefully inspected their basement, and proposed our WaterGuard Below Floor Drain, which is an interior drainage system that collects water seepage from basement walls and guides the water to the sump pump, which then gets discharged out of the home.

Our Foreman, Raul B., and his crew broke out the concrete floor perimeter, forming a trench. In the trench, our crew installed our WaterGuard, covered it with river rock to allow water flow, and applied a new layer of concrete over it to ensure the basement was neat and clean. The homeowner gave our crew a 10/10 and said they were very polite and clean!

WaterGuard and Super Sump Protect Basement in Currie, MN

Nancy S. in Currie, MN contacted American Waterworks after being referred to us by a previous customer. She had been struggling with a wet basement and water-damage to her home. She wanted to find a permanent solution, so we sent one of our Design Specialists, Ryan Powell, who designed a unique solution for her home.

Our Foreman, Cory Sather, and his crew installed 84 feet of our WaterGuard drainage system, 30 feet of feed line, and our SuperSump sump pump. Then, they replaced the concrete and cleaned up their work area. The drainage system now properly guides water to the sump pump and from there, the sump pump pushes the water through the discharge line and expels it from the home. Nancy is pleased with the results and glad her basement is now a dry, healthy space.

After hearing Shane's explanation, the homeowners agreed to his suggestions. Our Foreman, Jesus, and his crew made their way to Prinsburg to begin the encapsulation processes. Before the crew's arrival, the homeowner was asked to remove any debris in the crawlspace. Once the crew arrived, they began the crawl space encapsulation process. TripleSafe Sump Pump Installed in Little Falls, MN

Brad W. from Little Falls, MN had excess water build-up and his basement floor constantly had water on the floor.  This was worrisome for Brad since the excess water was damaging other parts of the home affecting the foundation, the furnace, and the heating and cooling system which were all located in the basement of his home. Brad then got into contact with our Appointment Center here at American Waterworks and schedule his FREE estimate with one of our Design Specialists, Justice Gietzen. Justice then went to Brad's home and began a full house inspection to give a better diagnosis of the problem and proposed a solution that will take care of all of Brad's concerns. Brad was comfortable with the proposal and then scheduled the date of installation.

Then one of our Foreman along with his production team tore out the pre-existing pump and replace it with our TripleSafe Sump Pump System. Our TripleSafe Sump Pump has three levels of protection to solve all water problems a homeowner may experience. The TripleSafe Sump Pump also comes with a battery backup which helps in the case where the home may lose power, the sump pumps will still function and will drain the excess water. To complete the project, the team covered the gaps with engineer fill, which prevents any soil from entering the Sump Basket and damaging the Pump System. Then they apply a new layer of concrete to give a finishing look. Brad was happy with the work and had a great experience with our production crew!
