A homeowner in Little Falls, MN was worried about his basement space when he noticed a small puddle of water that had formed at the bottom of the stairs. Once he discovered our FREE no-obligation estimates, he signed up for his own and was later greeted by our Design Specialist, Jesse Williams. Jesse explained that the basement was taking on leaking water and there were even signs of wood rotting in the same area that the water was found. He recommended that areas of the basement be waterproofed with our WaterGuard basement drainage system to catch incoming water and send it safely away. The homeowner agreed to the installation, as he was eager to fix the problem for good. Our Foreman, Arturo Mares, and his crew went to the site to install the WaterGuard and ensured everything was working properly for the homeowner.
