A homeowner in Little Falls, MN was worried about his basement space when he noticed a small puddle of water that had formed at the bottom of the stairs. Our Foreman, Dan Hendrix, and his production team began the project by breaking out the concrete underneath the stair landing to form a small trench. In the trench, our team installed our WaterGuard System which acts as an underground drain. Next, our team applied our CleanSpace Wall System, designed to prevent mold and humidity build-up. To complete the work, Dan and his crew covered the open gaps with rock and replaced the concrete. A couple from Brainerd, MN got in contact with us when they began to notice cold floors on their main level, as well as higher than normal energy bills.
