Once the details were set, one of our Design Specialists, Eric, traveled to the home to perform the estimate. Following his detailed inspection, Eric determined that the home needed to be properly waterproofed. Eric came up with multiple solutions that would solve the homeowner's issues. After reviewing all their options, the homeowners decided to go with one of Eric's solutions. The plans were sent to the assigned crew and production commenced. Our Foreman, Jeremiah, and his crew traveled to the home to begin the installation. First, the crew installed the WaterGuard around the perimeter of the basement. Once the WaterGuard was in place, the crew could shift their focus to replacing the current sump pump with the SuperSump Plus. To finish off the water system, the crew installed the IceGuard on the outside discharge line. Finally, the crew installed CleanSpace along the entire west wall of the basement. Once the CleanSpace was put into place, the crew cleaned up the site and left the home. The homeowners were grateful for the excellent work completed by the crew.
