Our Foreman, Corey Tollefson, and his production team began the project by breaking out the concrete floor perimeter with a jackhammer, forming a trench. In the trench, our team installed our WaterGuard System, which is an interior underground drainage system that prevents water clogs, collects water seepage from basement walls, and collaborates with the sump pump to pump water out efficiently. Next, our team installed our TripleSafe Sump Pump System which is the best sump pump that we provide for homeowners, it solves all three water problems in one system, and it provides three layers of protection. Lastly, Juan and his team installed our foundation repair PowerBraces. Our PowerBraces are made to stabilize failing basement walls and provide the potential to straighten walls over time. PowerBraces can be tightened over time to make bowing or tilting walls straighter and more vertical. To complete the project, our team covered the open floor gaps with rock and replaced the concrete. To complete the installation, our production team filled the open floor gaps with river rock and applied new concrete over them.
