Dorothy, from Adams, MN was worried about the moisture and humidity in her home and wanted a more functional, dry basement space. She wasn't sure of the best approach to take to make this happen, so she called our team! We set her up with our FREE estimate, and a few weeks later, we headed out to her property to complete our inspection. Once our Design Specialist finished the walkthrough, he showed Dorothy why she needed a better way to filter the moisture and keep it outside her walls.  Our Crew, lead by our Foreman, Juan, installed our  WaterGuard System. Our WaterGuard collects water leakage from basement walls, serves as an underground drain, and prevents water and mud clogs by staying out of the mud zone. Our crew then installed our CleanSpace Wall System, which prevents mold and humidity, acts as an extra wall protectant, and covers uneven surfaces. Lastly, Juan and his crew installed our TripleSafe Sump Pump System, which provides two pumps and a battery back-up, comes with three layers of water protection, and will pump 11,500 gallons or more on a fully charged battery. To round out the installation, our team filled the old sump pump space with rock, applied new concrete, and ensured the space was left clean, dry, and ready for Dorothy! Dorothy was very pleased with the work and was happy to know she no longer had to worry about basement waterproofing problems. 

Jessica S. of Goodridge, MN had water leaking into her basement, making her worry about the safety and health of her home. Ian went to her home her, inspected her problems, and came up with a solution that fit her needs and budget. To begin the project, our Foreman, Corey Tollefson, and his production team broke out the concrete floor perimeter with a jackhammer, forming a trench. In the trench, our team installed our WaterGuard System, which is made to prevent water clogs, collect water seepage from basement walls, and act as an underground drainage system that leads to the sump pump. Next, our crew installed our CleanSpace Wall System Vapor Barrier around the wall perimeter, which is made to prevent mold and humidity build-up, and give the basement a neat and clean appearance. To complete the project, Corey and his team covered the open floor gaps with river rock and applied new concrete over it. Jessica was happy with the repairs and loved the transformation!

When the installation date arrived, the homeowner prepared for the arrival of our Foreman, Aaron, and his crew. A few weeks later, Aaron and his crew traveled to the home to begin the installation. First, the crew isntalled Drainage Matting on the crawl space floor. After the Drainage Matting was secured, the crew installed CleanSpace on top of the Drainage Matting. Once all the products were secured, the crew cleaned up their matierals and left the home. American Waterworks is glad to encapsulate its customers' musty, wet crawl spaces. 

Laurel Mezner of Baxter, MN had water seepage problems in her basement so she called American Waterworks and our Design Specialist, Shane Nephew, went to her home for a FREE Estimate. After inspecting the issue and coming up with a solution, Laurel went ahead with the project. 

Our Foreman, Mason Chamberlin, and his production crew broke out the concrete around the pre-existing sump pump and replaced it with our TripleSafe Sump Pump System, which is our best sump pump we have and it provides three levels of protection. Laurel no longer has any leakage problems and now has a restored peace of mind!
