Wesley from Bottineau, ND got in contact with us when he began to notice his old sump pump was beginning to slow down. He was afraid that if he left the issue unresolved, he would run the risk of standing water wreaking havoc on his basement, possibly resulting in mold, mildew, and rot. When he called in, we set him up with our FREE estimate. A few weeks later, our Design Specialist, Richie, headed out to the property to assess the damage. Once he completed his walkthrough, he was able to make some recommendations as to how we could help. Richie recommended our TripleSafe Sump Pump to replace the worn-out one. Erin and Tyrel, owners of a building space in Hazen, ND, were looking to both restore and refresh the basement space in order to use it as storage and potential office spaces. However, the basement was full of water damage, musty smells, and moisture intrusion, and they needed help. The pair decided to claim their FREE inspection. Foreman Jesus and his crew prepped the walls and installed our full perimeter system. Then, they added our  WaterGuard system. This particular system is typically used in basements and is the premier choice for basement waterproofing. It is installed below the floor, but rests atop the foundation, keeping it out of the "mud zone", making it harder to clog. It works to trap water and sends it to an appropriate disposal site, which is typically a sump pump. So, our crew Inserted our SuperSump® Premier Pump System into the southeast corner of the space. It is engineered to help keep the basement dry and healthy for extended periods, even during heavy water intrusion. The SuperSump® includes a powerful Zoeller® ⅓ horsepower cast-iron sump pump, capable of pumping 2,220 gallons of water per hour at an 8-foot head out of your basement. They then proceeded to use CleanSpace to encapsulate the basement to prevent moisture and mold to affect the rest of the foundation. Finally, our team added an Aprilaire dehumidifier, which creates healthy air and can reduce the number of viable viruses in the air to less than 1% in two days when set to 50% relative humidity. The customers were happy with the results and looking forward to utilizing the space.

Our Foreman and his production team began the project by breaking out the concrete floor perimeter with a jackhammer, forming a trench. In the trench, our team installed our WaterGuard Drainage System, which is made to prevent water or mud clogs, collect water seepage from basement walls, and serve as a drain that connects to the sump pump. Next, our team installed and tightened our PowerBraces against the foundation walls, which are made to straighten bowing walls over time. To complete the project, our Foreman and his crew covered the open gaps with rock and applied new concrete over it. The homeowner was happy with the repairs and was thrilled with the transformation!

Our Design Specialist went to their home to inspect the problems and draw up a solution. Our Foreman and his production crew began the project by breaking out the concrete floor, forming a hole, in connection to their interior drainage system. In the hole, our team installed our SuperSump Plus M53 followed by the discharge line. The SuperSump is one of our sump pumps that is designed with two pumps and keeps basements neat and clean, especially during harsh weather conditions. To complete the project, our team filled the open gaps with river rock and applied new concrete over them. The space looked cleaner than when they found it, and the homeowner was satisfied with the completion of work!

First, our Foreman Dylan and his team installed our TripleSafe Sump Pump. Next, to direct water away from the home's foundation so that it would not leak back into the basement, the team added a discharge line from the North end of the basement near the sump system and out into the yard. 

We also installed the patented IceGuard® system, an anti-freeze fitting that is installed outside of your home and ejects water away from the foundation if the sump pump discharge lines freeze or become clogged. Once the job was done, our customer was happy to know that the basement had been transformed, and she no longer had to worry about water intrusion!
