A homeowner in Cottage Grove, MN contacted us after noticing his concrete patio and stoop had settled over 3 inches, making it a major trip hazard for anyone trying to enter and exit his home. He didn't want any of his visitors getting hurt, so he decided to call American Waterworks to fix the problem!

We used PolyLevel injection to raise the structure back to its correct position. Overtime, the soil beneath concrete cannot hold the weight of the concrete on top. It sinks leaving an uneven area of concrete. Our PolyLevel injection is installed through a  dime-sized hole beneath the concrete. The material expands to fill the sunken space where the soil once was.

Next, our team installed our CleanSpace Wall System Vapor Barrier, which is made to guide water into the WaterGuard, prevent any mold or mildew build-up, and act as a wall protectant barrier. To complete the work that was done, Raul and his team filled in the open gaps with rock and applied new concrete over it. Justin was happy with the work and had a great experience from the appointment to installation!
