A homeowner in Devils Lake, ND, noticed an odd sound coming from their basement. Worried about the cause, the homeowner decided to take a closer look. After some investigating, the homeowner found that the sounds were coming from their sump pump. The homeowner knew there was something wrong with their sump pump, so they began looking for a solution. After some searching through several companies, the homeowner decided to work with us, American Waterworks. The homeowner called our Appointment Center and signed up for their FREE estimate. Once the estimate was set, the homeowner awaited the arrival of James, one of our Design Specialists. James introduced himself to the homeowner and began his detailed investigation of the basement. Following his inspection, James determined the sump pump needed to be replaced and additional waterproofing installed. Knowing this was their best option, the homeowner agreed and the plans were sent back to our Logistics team to build the project. The final plans were sent to our Foreman, Kingsley, and his crew to start the project. When they arrived, Kingsley and his crew began by installing WaterGuard around the basement perimeter. Next, the crew took out the old sump pump and replaced it with the TripleSafe Sump Pump. Then, the crew installed Foamax on the basement walls. The crew shifted their focus outside and installed the IceGuard on the outside discharge line. Finally, the crew installed the Aprilaire in the basement. After all the products were installed, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was in awe of the excellent work completed by the crew. American Waterworks is glad to replace irregularly running sump pumps with the correct systems. 

Kim B.'s foundation wall in Bowdon, ND was collapsing, causing her to worry about the value and safety of her home. She got in contact with our office staff and scheduled a FREE Estimate with our Design Specialist, Ian Schultz. Ian went to her home, carefully inspected her foundation wall, and drew out a solution that would benefit her wants and needs. She was confident in Ian's proposal of our ShotLock, so she signed his contract, put down a deposit, and scheduled a date for the installation. 

Our Foremen, Matt Zeller and Ryan Loe, installed 33 feet of our ShotLock Wall Restoration System. Out ShotLock is double the strength of regular concrete, restores the safety and property value of the home, and is a fast alternate for rebuilding a deteriorating foundation wall. Kim was happy with the work and could not believe the transformation!

Blake K. of Fessenden, ND wanted a humidifier installed in his home. He worked with American Waterworks, specifically our Production Manager, Corey, and our Design Specialist, Richie. Richie proposed our Aprilaire Dehumidifier, which is the best dehumidification system that we provide for homeowners. Blake was confident in our Aprilaire, so he moved forward with the project.
