John B. in Afton, MN noticed that his concrete walkway had settled a few inches, creating a large step down from the door. He was unhappy with how it looked, and was concerned people would trip. He wanted to find an effective and affordable way to repair his concrete, rather than replacing it.

First, Foreman, Jeromy and his production crew started the installation by completing a full-wall demo and then breaking out the concrete floor perimeter, forming a trench. In the trench, our team installed our WaterGuard System along the East and South walls of the basement where issues were present. Our WaterGuard is a patented below-floor drain that rests in a drainage bed on top of the foundation footing.
