Lynn P. of Rochester, MN had uneven and cracked concrete throughout her driveway, making her think about the value of her home. She did some research on our website and came across our concrete repair products. She called our office to set up a FREE Estimate with our Design Specialist, Kevin Beseman. Kevin inspected the concrete and came up with a solution. Lynn got all of her questions answered, so she followed through with the project. 

Our Foreman, James Jacques, started to concrete work by injecting our PolyLevel underneath the concrete to raise and stabilize the surface. Our PolyLevel is a unique, dense foam that adjusts and cures concrete within minutes, and prevents any further soil destruction. Next, James applied our NexusPro over each crack. Our NexusPro is a protective sealant that provides long-term flexibility, prevents any further bubbling or cracking, and stands up to harsh weather conditions.  A homeowner in Rochester, MN, was sick and tired of having to gun it over a piece of uneven concrete in front of his garage. He didn't want the problem to get any worse, so he decided to get in touch with a company that could help him restore his concrete. After seeing a few American Waterworks yard signs throughout town, he decided to give us a call, set up his FREE estimate, and a few weeks later, our Design Specialist, Nate B, headed out to the home to complete his inspection. 

Once he completed his walkthrough, Nate met with the homeowners and made his recommendations. He began by stating that the issue, while obnoxious, is fairly common, and the fix is fairly simple. He stated our team would use our PolyLevel, a polyurethane foam that expands when injected below the problem concrete slabs, filling voids left by soil erosion. This solution slowly lifts the concrete back into place. Nate finished by saying that our team finished the project by installing our NexusPro, a silicone-based sealant that gets applied to all joints and cracks in the concrete, keeping any unwanted moisture from getting under the slab. The homeowner agreed and work was scheduled to begin a few weeks later. 

On the day of the installation, our Foreman, Sam, and his team completed the lift with no problems. Due to weather concerns, the NexusPro was not able to be installed on the original project day. A few weeks later, another one of our concrete Foremen, Troy, and his team completed the joint sealing. Now our customer is thrilled with his updated concrete!

Neal in Rochester, MN was tired of the trip hazard that his sunken concrete had created. His driveway had sunk about two inches below the concrete floor of his garage, so he decided it was time to look into concrete repair. Our PolyLevel experts, Jared Wroblewski  and Trevor Ellingson, drilled penny-sized holes into the concrete slabs where they needed to be raised. Then, they injected the polymer foam until the concrete became completely level with the garage floor. The process only took a couple of hours and Neal was very pleased with the results! He won’t have to worry about a trip hazard for years to come!

Kerry I. in Rochester, MN contacted American Waterworks after being referred to us by a previous customer. Her driveway was sinking, and she had some cracks in the concrete that she wanted sealed. We sent one of our Design Specialists to evaluate the concrete and propose our PolyLevel concrete repair system. Kerry was impressed with our products and moved forward with the project. 

Our Foreman, Troy Johnson, and Co-Foreman, Chris Schomaker, drilled small holes throughout the concrete slabs that needed to be raised. Next, they injected the foam into the holes until the slabs were raised back to their original position. They covered up the holes with concrete and then sealed the cracks in the concrete with our Nexus Pro sealant. Kerry was pleased with the outcome and happy with how quick and non-invasive the project was.
