After he completed the estimate, Kyle determined that the sidewalk was sinking due to settlement. To stop the settlement from continuing, Kyle suggested lifting the sidewalk with PolyLevel, our polyurethane foam injection solution. Knowing this was their best option, the homeowner agreed. The plans were then sent to the office for approval, and then to our Foreman, Sam. Once Sam received the plan and arrived at the home, he began by lifting the sidewalk. Once the sidewalk was lifted, the crew cleaned up their materials and let the home. The homeowner was pleased with the excellent work completed by the crew. The WaterGuard guides water to the sump pump and then the water is pumped out of the home through the discharge line. Lastly, they replaced the concrete and installed our CleanSpace vapor barrier system which protects the basement from moisture and potential mold growth.
