After completing his inspection, Romeo informed the homeowner that we could rectify the situation with the use of our PolyLevel lifting solution. Our PolyLevel is a polyurethane foam that expands when injected below concrete slabs, pushing concrete upward and back into its original position. Romeo finished by saying that our team would finish the installation with our NexusPro, a silicone-based joint and crack sealant that prevents the elements from getting under the concrete, possibly compromising the lift. the homeowner agreed and work began a few weeks later.

Once the concrete was raised, he filled back the holes with concrete and filled the cracks in the concrete with our NexusPro sealant which protects the concrete and gives it a nice, finished look. The process took a couple of hours and now Duane and his family can enjoy safe and beautiful concrete for years to come!
