Driveway Trip Hazards Get Fixed in Mason City, IA

A homeowner from Mason City, IA, was growing tired of having to step on the gas when entering her driveway to combat uneven slabs that had been slowing her down. Not wanting to let the issue worsen, she decided to get some advice from friends and family, all of whom recommended American Waterworks for the fix. She decided to call us, claim her FREE estimate, and have one of our Design Specialists check out her problem. A few weeks later a member of our Design Specialist team, Romeo, headed out to the home.

After completing his inspection, Romeo informed the homeowner that we could rectify the situation with the use of our PolyLevel lifting solution. Our PolyLevel is a polyurethane foam that expands when injected below concrete slabs, pushing concrete upward and back into its original position. Romeo finished by saying that our team would finish the installation with our NexusPro, a silicone-based joint and crack sealant that prevents the elements from getting under the concrete, possibly compromising the lift. the homeowner agreed and work began a few weeks later.

Once the project had been completed, our customer was thrilled to know she could now drive on her driveway with ease of mind!

A couple from Mason City, IA was beginning to notice that their front patio/walkway was showing signs of sinking and slowly becoming uneven. Not wanting the issue to get worse, they decided to get in touch with a company that could help them fix the situation. After researching on their own, they came across our website and decided to set up their FREE estimate, and a few weeks later our Design Specialist, Nate B, headed out to the home.

Once Nate completed his inspection, he met with the owners and informed them that they were right to get in touch with us. He explained that what they were experiencing was a fairly common problem that we could fix using a non-invasive, yet effective method; PolyLevel. When the lift has been completed, our team installs our NexusPro, a silicone-based sealant, along the cracks and joints of the concrete, preventing any elements from getting under the slab, and potentially compromising the lift. The homeowner agreed and work began a few weeks later.

Concrete Driveway Sunk Below Garage Floor in Brownsdale, MN

Duane H. had a concrete driveway that was settling below his garage floor. This made the surface uneven and it had become a trip hazard. He was tired of dealing with this concrete problem, so he contacted American Waterworks to receive a free estimate. We sent one of our Design Specialists to his home to provide him with an onsite inspection and a solution. Duane was pleased to learn that our PolyLevel concrete repair solution is more affordable, efficient and durable than traditional concrete repair, so he scheduled the installation.

One of our concrete repair experts, Jared Wroblewski, drilled small holes in the concrete slabs and then injected the polymer foam, called PolyLevel, to raise the slabs to be even with the garage floor. Once the concrete was raised, he filled back the holes with concrete and filled the cracks in the concrete with our NexusPro sealant which protects the concrete and gives it a nice, finished look. The process took a couple of hours and now Duane and his family can enjoy safe and beautiful concrete for years to come!
