Crawl Space Waterproofed in La Crosse, WI

Jan J., a resident of La Crosse, WI, had a wet and musty crawl space, causing them to worry about mold, pests, wood rot, and other crawl space problems. They knew of our Design Specialist, Josh Schultz, so they scheduled a FREE estimate with him to come out to their house and inspect their problems. Josh proposed our CleanSpace Encapsulation Moisture Barrier and our FoamMax Wall Panels for the repairs. Jan was confident in our products and their warranties, so they went ahead with the project and signed Josh's contract.

Our Foreman, Tremaine Jackson, and his production team began the project by cleaning out the crawl space and ensuring everything was out of the way. Next, our team installed our FoamMax Wall Panels around the crawl space wall perimeter. These wall panels provide brightness, make the space warmer, and have extremely high insulation value. Lastly, our team installed our CleanSpace Encapsulation Moisture Barrier around the crawl space floor. This moisture barrier is 100% waterproof, prevents mold growth, and gives the crawl space a clean appearance. Jan was very happy with the repairs and had a great experience with our team from appointment to installation!

Not only do we provide work in crawl space waterproofing. We also perform services in basement waterproofing, foundation repair, radon testing/mitigation, and concrete repair/lifting. Call us today or click HERE to request a free estimate with our Design Specialist team!

Crawlspace Restoration in La Crosse, WI

Diane from La Crosse, WI noticed that her crawlspace underneath her home was constantly experiencing moisture and constant humidity. She knew that the humidity could damage the wood beam that helped support the floor of her home. Diane then contacted the Appointment center here at American Waterworks to claim her FREE estimate. Once the appointment was set, one of our Design Specialists then began a free thorough home inspection. When the inspection was completed, the Design Specialist suggested Diane invest in our CleanSpace Barrier System. The CleanSpace Barrier System helps protect the crawlspace from excessive moisture and helps keep pests and mold out of the crawlspace. Diane was impressed by the cost-effective proposal and proceeded to set a date for installation.

Our Foreman and his Production Crew then arrived at the property and began the installation process by cleaning the excess dirt in the crawlspace. Then proceeded to install the CleanSpace. Once the job was completed Diane was satisfied with the project and relieved that her home is now moisture free and her wood foundation would not be damaged.
