David S. in Harpers Ferry, IA was unhappy with his cracked and uneven patio. He wanted it completely level and to have the cracks sealed. After researching concrete repair contractors and receiving estimates, he was pleased to learn that our PolyLevel foam injection is an effective, quick and more affordable alternative to traditional concrete repair, and he moved forward with the project.

Uneven Walkway Gets Lifted in Warrens, WI

A homeowner in Warrens, WI, was growing more and more displeased with sinking concrete leading to his outdoor patio. Not wanting the issue to get worse, the homeowner decided to begin searching for a company that could help with the issue. When he came across our website, he decided to sign up for his FREE estimate, and a few weeks later, our Design Specialist, Romeo V, headed out to the home.

Once Romeo finished his walkthrough, he met with the homeowner to give his diagnosis. He informed the homeowner that we could address the sinking concrete with our PolyLevel method. He explained that PolyLevel is a polyurethane foam that expands when injected beneath sinking slabs, filling voids left by soil erosion and slowly lifting the concrete back to its desired location. He went on to say that our lifting process is completed with the installation of our NexusPro, a silicone-based sealant that gets applied to the joints and cracks in the concrete. It works to keep any unwanted elements from permeating the concrete. The homeowner agreed and work was scheduled for a few weeks later.

On the day of the project, our Foreman, Ryan, and his team were able to successfully lift the concrete, effectively eliminating the tip hazards.
