In less than a week, our Design Specialist, Will R., arrived at the home to conduct a thorough inspection of the concrete. During the inspection, he took measurements to see how far the slabs had begun sinking and created a proposal tailored to the homeowner's issue. In that proposal, Will recommended lifting the concrete slabs back to their original position using PolyLevel, our elite foam expanding solution, and sealing the cracks and joints using NexusPro, our silicone-based sealant. After looking over the proposal, the homeowner happily agreed to the recommendations.

In about a month, our Foreman, Dylon V., and his crew arrived at the home for the inspection. During the inspection, the crew injected PolyLevel beneath the slabs, compacting the soil and lifting the slabs back to their original position. After this, the crew shifted their attention and applied NexusPro along the joints and cracks.

A homeowner in Genoa, WI, noticed an odd smell throughout their home. Unsure where the source of the smell was coming from, the homeowner began investigating their home. The homeowner discovered the smell was coming from their crawl space. Worried this could mean larger issues, the homeowner knew they needed professional assistance. The homeowner called our Appointment Center and signed up for their FREE estimate. Once the estimate was set, the homeowner awaited the arrival of Trevor, one of our Design Specialists. Trevor arrived at the home and started his detailed investigation of the crawl space. During his investigation, Trevor confirmed the smell was coming from the crawl space and it needed to be encapsulated. Trevor presented his solution to the homeowner and they agreed. The plans were sent to our office for approval, then to our Foreman, Diego, and his crew. Once they received the plans, Diego and his crew traveled to the home to begin the project. First, the crew began by laying CleanSpace on the crawl space floor and walls. Next, the crew attached Foamax to the crawl space walls. After the Foamax was secured, the crew installed spray foam near the top of the walls. Diego and his crew successfully encapsulated the entire crawl space, so they cleaned up their materials and left the home. American Waterworks is happy to encapsulate their customer's crawl spaces.

A homeowner in Stoddard, WI continually experienced flooding in their basement when the power went out.  American Waterworks was able to replace the failing beaver system and sump pump with our Waterguard and Triple Safe sump pump so the homeowner no longer had to worry about a wet basement after a storm.

Leo S. in Stoddard, WI had water leaking through his wood foundation into his finished basement. Unfortunately, the water had caused damaged to his drywall and flooring. He contacted American Waterworks after seeing one of our commercials on TV, and we sent one of our Design Specialists, Pete Wangen, to his home to provide him with a free estimate and unique waterproofing plan. He liked the thorough plan that Pete developed, so he scheduled the installation.  

Our Foreman, Cory Sather, and his production crew removed the damaged portion of the drywall and then removed the concrete around the perimeter of the basement floor to create a trench for our WaterGuard drainage system. They laid the WaterGuard around the perimeter of the basement, so the water will be properly guided to the sump pump. Next, they filled back the gaps around the WaterGuard with rock and replaced the concrete. Then, they installed the EverLast half-wall restoration system. This wall system includes metal studs and an inorganic, mold-resistant wall product that replaces the bottom 32" of the drywall. This is a permanent solution for water-damaged dry wall! Leo’s peace of mind has been restored and he is enjoying a dry, healthier basement!
