Paul M. in La Crosse, WI realized that his concrete driveway had settled, making it an uneven surface. The concrete walkway leading up to his front porch had also become uneven. One of our PolyLevel experts, Brandon Wiskow, drilled penny-sized holes into the concrete slabs where the foam would be injected. Then, he injected the foam until the concrete was once again a level surface. Lastly, he sealed the cracks in the concrete with our Nexus Pro sealant and cleaned up his work area. Joe and Carolyn of Oelwein, IA, had begun to notice that the stairs and adjoining porch in front of their home were beginning to sink. He recommended they use our PolyLevel injection to raise the concrete back to its former state and follow up with our NexusPro to seal the joints connecting the slab and the home and to seal off any remaining holes or points of entry for water. Our Foreman, Jake, and his crew began the project by strategically drilling holes into the problem concrete slabs. Next, they injected the foam into the holes, paying close attention to the slab as it was lifted. Finally, they sealed off any remaining holes with the NexusPro. 

When the job was complete, Joe and Carolyn were happy they no longer had to worry about trip hazards forming!

A homeowner in Caledonia, MN, knew it was time to schedule their annual maintenance with American Waterworks. After calling our appointment center, the homeowner awaited the arrival of our Service Technician, Edgar. After Edgar arrived at the home, he began inspecting the WaterGuard system that was already installed in the home. Edgar completed the inspection and the system passed with flying colors. Since Edgar was at the home, the homeowner asked about fixing a raised sidewalk. Edgar inspected the concrete and noticed several areas required lifting, the sidewalk and the garage apron. Once the PolyLevel installation was complete, the crew shifted their focus to inserting NexusPro on the damaged sidewalk joints.
