Basement Waterproofing Completed in Barron, WI
A homeowner in Barron, WI, noticed their basement was suffering from water intrusion. To prevent this issue from worsening, the homeowner knew they needed to find an expert to provide them with a solution. The homeowner looked into "basement waterproofing company near me," and one of the first companies to grab their attention was us, American Waterworks. Impressed with our stellar ratings and reviews, the homeowner knew that we were the ideal company for their project. Since they were already on our website, the homeowner decided to sign up for their FREE estimate. Once the estimate was set, the homeowner prepared for the arrival of our Design Specialist, Chuck. Chuck promptly arrived at the home and began the thorough inspection of the basement. During his inspection, Chuck confirmed that several areas were suffering from water intrusion. To prevent the water intrusion from worsening, Chuck recommended waterproofing the entire space. Knowing this was the best plan of action, the homeowner agreed and worked with Chuck to find the best installation date. When the installation date arrived, our Foreman, Kiko, and his crew traveled to the home to begin the installation. First, Kiko and his crew started by securing DryTrak around the basement perimeter. Once DryTrak was secured, the crew shifted to taking out the old sump pump and replacing it with the TripleSafe Sump Pump. Finally, the crew attached CleanSpace and PowerBraces to the unfinished basement walls. Once all the products were secured, the crew cleaned up their matierals and left the home. The homeowner was grateful for the excellent work completed by the crew. If you are suffering from a simliar issue, sign up for your FREE estimate today!
New Construction Basement Waterproofing in Chaseburg, WI
Paul W. is the owner of this newly built home in Chaseburg, WI. During the construction, the contractor realized that Paul needed to have a waterproofing system installed because of the amount of water that was entering the home through the basement. With the contractor’s advice, Paul contacted us to get a free estimate. We sent one of our Design Specialists, Mac Cole, to the home to evaluate the situation and provide Paul with a solution. Paul understood the consequences he would face if he chose not to have a waterproofing system installed, and he like the thorough plan that Mac developed, so he scheduled an installation.
Our Foreman, Juan Pena, and his crew installed a full perimeter of our WaterGuard drainage system, which led to the TripleSafe sump pump. Once the water drains to the sump pump, it is then pumped through the discharge line and expelled from the home. They also installed a perimeter of our CleanSpace vapor barrier to reduce moisture and humidity. CleanSpace also makes the basement a more energy efficient space. After we finished the installation of our waterproofing system, the construction team poured concrete and continued the development of the home.

RockWell offers an attractive alternative to ugly window wells, while providing a safe, code-compliant basement egress. Click the arrows below to learn more about the features and benefits of our egress window wells. RockWell window wells are a one-piece, rigid construction that will not collapse from backfill or allow water to leak through the well walls. They’re UV stable, rust and rot proof, and stand up to extreme temperatures. Our egress window wells meet the IRC Egress Code Requirements, providing you and your family with a direct escape from any of the inhabited rooms in your basement. RockWell’s egress window wells feature durable, built-in steps that make it easy for your family to escape from your basement in the event of an emergency. We also offer safety ladders for our Premier series window wells. A polycarbonate safety cover keeps leaves and debris out while allowing natural sunlight and fresh outside air to enter your basement. While they are not intended for continual foot traffic, the 10mm fluted polycarbonate cover will hold up to 500 lbs. of weight and prevent family members from accidentally falling into the window well. The homeowner liked the look and safety of our window well, and schedule the installation for several weeks later.
On the day of the project, our Foreman, Gabriel, and his team were able to install the window well in no time. Now, our customer can rent out her property with confidence that the home is up to code!
