These cracks then had a common area where a big piece of the concrete in the middle of the slab had detached itself. Chris began to worry due to the potential trip hazards and got in touch with the Appointment Center here at American Waterworks and scheduled his FREE estimate with our Design Specialist. This entitles Chris to a free home inspection. Once the appointment was scheduled, our Design Specialist attended Chris's property and began a thorough inspection to give a proper diagnosis and solution to solve the issue. Our Design Specialist proposed to Chris that the best solution is our PolyLevel Solution along with a finishing touch of our NexusPro Solution. Our PolyLevel solution is an expanding foam that fills the voids underneath the slabs caused by soil erosion. This allows the concrete to be lifted and leveled. The NexusPro solution is a solution that is applied to the cracks and joints to prevent moisture from seeping through affecting the soil beneath its respected slab. The NexusPro solution is a silicone-based solution that is made to withstand UV light preventing dry out or any shrinkage. Chris agreed with the solution and scheduled a day of installation. 

Our, Foreman, Brandon, and his crew began the project by strategically drilling holes in the concrete slab which is experiencing the issue and injecting the PolyLevel Solution. A homeowner in Champlin, MN, disliked the appearance of their uneven, jagged patio. Knowing they could not fix the issue, the homeowner looked for concrete lifting and leveling options near them. Patrick and his crew arrived and they began by lifting the sunken patio with PolyLevel, a polyurethane foam injection solution. Once the patio was lifted, the crew took out the old joints by the home and replaced them with the NexusPro Joint Sealant, a silicone-based solution. Finally, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was impressed with the excellent work completed by the crew.
