Struggling Sidewalk Fixed in Mondovi, WI
A homeowner in Mondovi, WI, knew it was time to have their concrete inspected. The homeowner had heard great things about our company and services, so they decided to take a closer look at what we can offer. After reviewing our concrete services, the homeowner knew we were the company for them. The homeowner called our Appointment Center and signed up for their FREE estimate. Once the estimate was finalized, the homeowner waited for one of our Design Specialists, Chuck. Once Chuck arrived, he began his estimate on the sidewalk. It did not take Chuck long to discover the root of the issue, soil settlement. Chuck warned the homeowner that the issue would progress if the sidewalk was not lifted and leveled. After thinking about it, the homeowner decided to follow through with Chuck's recommendations. Our Forman, Sam and his crew were assigned to complete the tasks. As soon as they arrived, Sam and his crew began installing the PolyLevel underneath the sidewalk and driveway. Once the PolyLevel was fully installed, the crew shifted their focus to cleaning out and replacing the joints with the NexusPro Joint Sealant. After all the joints and cracks were repaired, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowners rejoiced to know their sidewalk was repaired. American Waterworks is glad to lift and level another struggle sidewalk.

Uneven Driveway Gets Leveled in Eau Claire, WI
An Eau Claire, WI, homeowner was preparing his home for its eventual sale. Part of his "to-do" checklist was correcting his uneven driveway. Several of the slabs had sunken over the years, creating trip hazards. He knew that uneven concrete could lower the resale value of the home, so he decided to search for a MN concrete repair company. Eventually, he found our website and claimed his FREE estimate, and several weeks later, our Design Specialist headed out to the home.
Upon completion of his inspection, our Design Specialist met with the homeowner to deliver his recommendations. He informed the homeowner that we could address the issue using our PolyLevel. PolyLevel is a polyurethane foam that expands when it's injected below uneven concrete slabs. It works to fill the voids left by soil erosion, and in the process, it slowly lifts the uneven slabs back to their desired location. Our Design Specialist was also recommending our NexusPro sealant. This silicone-based product gets installed after the lift is completed, and gets applied to the cracks and joints in the concrete to prevent water from penetrating the slab and getting to the vulnerable soil below. The homeowner liked the non-invasive plan and scheduled the lift to be completed several weeks later.
On the day of the project, our Foreman, Sam, and his team completed the lift and level with no complications. Now, our customer can confidently resell his home knowing his driveway is in tip-top shape!

Sinking Driveway Repair in Eau Claire, WI
Dan K. in Eau Claire, WI was dealing with cracked and sunken concrete on his driveway, causing multiple trip hazards. After researching concrete repair options, he was curious to learn more about our PolyLevel concrete repair solution, so he contacted us for a FREE estimate. One of our Design Specialists, Brian Ramirez, went onsite to inspect his concrete and design the right plan to restore his driveway. Dan was pleased to learn that our PolyLevel foam injection is faster, less invasive, durable and more affordable than traditional mudjacking, so he chose to move forward with the project.
Our concrete repair experts drilled small holes into the concrete slabs for the foam to be injected. As the foam was injected, it expanded and filled voids beneath the concrete, which causes the slabs to raise. They injected the foam until the slabs had been raised to create a safe and level surface. Then, they sealed the cracks in the concrete with our NexusPro joint sealant to protect the concrete and give it a nice, finished look. The entire process only took half a day to complete, and now Dan and his family can enjoy a beautiful driveway without the worry of a trip hazard for years to come!
