Jesse got all of their questions answered so decided to follow through with the project. 

Our Foreman, Jeromy, and his team broke out the concrete floor perimeter and installed our WaterGuard Below-Floor Drain. Our WaterGuard is made to prevent water clogs, serve as an underground drain, and collect water leakage from basement walls. Next, our team installed our CleanSpace Half Wall System around the wall perimeter, which is designed to prevent mold, mildew, and humidity, while also giving the basement a neat, clean finish. Our crew finished the project by filling the open-floor gaps with river rock and applying new concrete over them.

A homeowner in Eleva, WI, recently read an article discussing the dangers of radon. Worried they had high levels, the homeowner began looking into "radon testing and mitigation services near me". One of the first companies to grab their attention was us, American Waterworks, so the homeowner decided to sign up for their FREE estimate. Once the estimate was set, the homeowner prepared for the arrival of the Design Specialist, Mitch. Mitch's property arrived at the home and began the radon test. While the radon test was being completed, Mitch searched for the best place to install the Radon Mitigation System. Once the test was completed, it confirmed the levels were alarmingly high. To lower these levels, Mitch recommended installing a Radon Mitigation System on the outside of the home. The homeowner agreed and worked with Mitch to find the best installation date. When the installation date arrived, our Foreman, Dakota, and his crew traveled to the home to install the system. Dakota and his crew secured the Radon Mitigation System on the southwest side of the home. Once the system was secured, the crew cleaned up their matierals and left the home.
