Martin D. in Lansing, IA has a two-story home with a walk-in basement built into a steep hillside. His home was built right next to the Mississippi River. Our Foreman, Hugo Sanchez, and his crew installed our WaterGuard drainage system around the perimeter of the basement floor, a TripleSafe sump pump in the corner, and a SaniDry dehumidifier, which keeps the humidity in the basement under control. The drainage system guides water to the sump pump, and from there the water is expelled from the home through the discharge line.
