Once the estimate was set, the homeowner prepared for the arrival of our Design Specialist, Daniel, to the home to take a closer look. Daniel arrived at the home and thoroughly inspected the crawl space. During his detailed inspection, Daniel confirmed the crawl space was the source of the musty odors. Daniel recommended encapsulating the entire crawl space to prevent the issues from worsening. The homeowner agreed with Daniel's recommendations, then the proposal was sent to our Logistics team to approve and schedule the project for the following month. Once the project date arrived, our Foreman, Lane, and his crew traveled to the home to begin the project. Lane and his crew arrived and started by installing Drainage Matting on the crawl space floor. After the Drainage Matting was laid, Lane and his crew attached CleanSpace to the unfinished crawl space floors and walls. Finally, the crew installed Foamax on the crawl space walls. Lane and his crew completed the crawl space encapsulation, so they cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was impressed with the transformation by the crew. A few days later, Darin promptly arrived at the home and began the thorough inspection of the basement. During the inspection, Darin confirmed that several areas were suffering from water intrusion. To prevent this issue from worsening, Darin recommended installing several waterproofing products throughout the basement. The homeowner agreed and worked with Darin to find the best installation date. When the installation date arrived, the homeowner prepared for the arrival of our Foreman, Raul, and his crew. A few days later, Raul and his crew started by installing WaterGuard around the basement perimter. Once the WaterGuard was secured, the crew shifted to taking out the old sump pump and replacing it with the TripleSafe Sump Pump. Finally, Raul and his crew attached CleanSpace to the unfinished basement walls. After all the products were secured, the crew cleaned up their matierals and left the home. Our Foreman, Jesus Covarrubias, and his production crew removed the concrete around the perimeter of the basement floor, laid the WaterGuard drainage system, installed our recommended TripleSafe sump pump, and then filled back the gaps with rock. The discharge line was installed in the yard and they replaced the concrete in the basement. The process only took one day to complete, and Tom is glad he made the investment to protect his basement. 

Julie and Brian B. of Taylor, WI had water leaking into their basement, making them worry about water damage, flooding hazards, and other problems. Our Foreman, Kiko Pena, and his production team began the installation by breaking out the concrete perimeter with a jackhammer, forming a waterway trench. In the trench, our team installed 146 feet of our WaterGuard System, which is made to collect water seepage from basement walls, prevent water clogs, and serve as an underground drain in connection to the sump pump. Next, our team installed our CleanSpace Wall Vapor Barrier around the basement wall perimeter. Our CleanSpace System is made to prevent mold and humidity, keep water from invading the basement, and direct leaking water into the WaterGuard. To complete the installation, Kiko and his crew covered all the open gaps with river rock and applied new concrete over it, leaving the basement looking much neater than when they found it. Julie and Brian were grateful we were able to help them and were amazed by the transformation!

In the trench, our team installed our WaterGuard System, which is made to prevent mud and water clogs, collect leaking watar from basement walls, and serve as an underground drain. Next, our team installed our CleanSpace Wall Vapor Barrier around the wall perimeter, which serves as an extra wall protectant, prevents mold and humidity. and gives the room a neat and clean appearance. Lastly, our team installed our SuperSump Plus M53 sump pump, which is made to keep basements clean and dry for long periods of time, and our SaniDry XP Upright Dehumidifier. Our SaniDry Dehumidifier removes up to 109 liters of water per day and dries up to 2,500 square feet in an 8-foot high basement. To complete the installation, our team covered the open gaps with river rock and applied new concrete. Nicole and Tyler were happy with the repairs and could not believe the transformation!
