A Rochester, MN, homeowner was out in his unattached garage when he noticed a large crack running from one side to the other. He was concerned about what this could mean, so he searched for Rochester concrete repair. Ross took his time completing his inspection, and when he completed it, he met with the homeowner to deliver his recommendations. Ross began by saying that there are various reasons why concrete can sink, but American Waterworks could fix the problem using our PolyLevel injection. PolyLevel is a dense polyurethane foam that expands when it's injected beneath sunken surfaces. It works to fill voids left by soil erosion and, in the process, lifts the sunken concrete back to its desired location.  The homeowner agreed and the job was scheduled for several weeks later.

Neal in Rochester, MN was tired of the trip hazard that his sunken concrete had created. His driveway had sunk about two inches below the concrete floor of his garage, so he decided it was time to look into concrete repair. Our PolyLevel experts, Jared Wroblewski  and Trevor Ellingson, drilled penny-sized holes into the concrete slabs where they needed to be raised. Then, they injected the polymer foam until the concrete became completely level with the garage floor. The process only took a couple of hours and Neal was very pleased with the results! He won’t have to worry about a trip hazard for years to come!

Kerry I. in Rochester, MN contacted American Waterworks after being referred to us by a previous customer. Her driveway was sinking, and she had some cracks in the concrete that she wanted sealed. Our Foreman, Troy Johnson, and Co-Foreman, Chris Schomaker, drilled small holes throughout the concrete slabs that needed to be raised. Next, they injected the foam into the holes until the slabs were raised back to their original position. The NexusPro solution is a silicone-based solution that allows the sealant to expand and condense along with the concrete through the seasons. The NexusPro solution also has a UV protectant to prevent the sealant from cracking and drying. Peter and LeeAnn were satisfied with the solution and scheduled date of installation. 

Our Foreman and his Production team then arrived at the property and began the project by cleaning the joint and the sealant that was left. Once cleaned, the team then injects the NexusPro solution. Peter and LeeAnn loved the new look and were satisfied with the outcome of the project.
