Alex D. had cracked concrete around the front porch of his house, causing him to worry about the value and appearance of his home. He did some research on HomeAdvisor and came across American Waterworks. He called our office line and set up a FREE Estimate with our Design Specialist. Our Design Specialist went to his home, inspected his concrete, and came up with a solution that he was happy with. Alex got all of his questions answered so he went ahead with the project. 

Our Foreman, Dylon Mish, and his crew member applied our NexusPro on the cracks around the front porch. Our NexusPro is a long-lasting sealant solution that prevents moisture from seeping into the soil beneath the concrete. It is a silicone-based sealant that provides flexibility and can stand up to harsh weather conditions. Alex was happy with the results and enjoyed watching the transformation! 

Dean S. of Paynesville, MN had an uneven and cracked front porch, causing him to worry about the appearance and value of his home. He got in contact with our office staff and scheduled a FREE Estimate with our Design Specialist, Jesse Williams. Jesse went to his home, inspected his porch, and came up with a solution. Dean was comfortable with Jesse's proposal of our PolyLevel and NexusPro, so he moved forward with the project. 

Our Foreman, Dylon Mish, and his crew member injected our PolyLevel to raise the sidewalk to the meet the porch. Our PolyLevel is a special, expanding foam that is injected beneath the concrete to fill the gaps caused by soil erosion and to raise and stabilize the concrete surface. Next, our crew applied our NexusPro over the cracks. Not only does our NexusPro provide a clean and neat appearance, but it prevents moisture from seeping into the soil beneath the concrete and it stands up to harsh weather conditions.

A homeowner in Kandiyohi, MN, did not like the appearance of the uneven concrete in front of their home. Not wanting to replace the entire slab, the homeowner looked for alternative methods. After hearing positive reviews about our company through social media, the homeowner decided to check out our website. The homeowner saw that we offer the services that they are looking for, so they called our Appointment Center and signed up for their FREE estimate. Once the details were finalized, the homeowner awaited the arrival of Lance, one of our Design Specialists. When Lance arrived, he introduced himself to the homeowner and began evaluating the status of the concrete. Lance determined the cause of the unevenness was soil settlement. To stop the settlement, Lance recommended that the concrete be lifted and leveled. The homeowner knew this would be their best option, so they went along with Lance's recommendation. The plans were then sent to our Foreman, Patrick, and his crew. When they arrived at the property, the crew began by making sure the concrete was ready for the PolyLevel. The crew then inserted the PolyLevel underneath the sidewalk and front slabs of the garage. Once the PolyLevel was installed, the crew was able to clean up their materials and leave the home. The homeowner was impressed with the wonderful work completed by the crew. American Waterworks is happy to assist customers with their concrete concerns. 

Karen's driveway was becoming uneven, had major cracks, and she wanted to get the problem fixed before it got any worse. She called American Waterworks and claimed her FREE estimate for a thorough inspection of the issue. Our Design Specialist, Skylar, headed to the property to inspect the driveway and give recommendations for solutions to prevent the concrete slab from worsening. Once completed, Skylar recommended Karen invest in our PolyLevel solution and finish with our NexusPro solution. She got all her questions answered, agreed with the solution, and the team came out to her home shortly after.

Led by Foreman Patrick, our poly crew then strategically drilled holes into the concrete slabs that had sinkage to inject the PolyLevel Solution. The PolyLevel solution is an expanding polyurethane foam that is injected underneath the concrete slabs, to fill the voids underneath the slab that were caused by soil erosion. Once the polyurethane was injected, the crew then finished the project by sealing the cracks and joints with our NexusPro solution. NexusPro is a silicone-based sealant that is formulated for flexibility and long-lasting to survive harsh weather conditions, helping ensure that the concrete will stay raised. 

Karen was happy with the results of her driveway and glad her peace of mind was restored.

Chris K. in Lucan, MN contacted American Waterworks because the sidewalk and walkway in front of his house had sunk several inches. It was creating a trip hazard, and Chris wanted a quick, and minimally invasive solution. He started doing some research online and was impressed with our PolyLevel concrete repair option. Our Design Specialist, Reed Hudson, met with Chris and proposed a plan to fix the problem areas. 

Our production crew drilled small holes throughout the concrete slabs that needed to be raised. Next, they injected the foam into the holes until the slabs were raised back to their original position. They covered up the holes with concrete and then sealed the cracks in the concrete with our Nexus Pro sealant. Chris was impressed with the installation, and is glad he chose American Waterworks to restore his concrete!
