Our production team installed two helical anchors through the retaining wall and into the soil. They tightened and secured the anchors, which permanently stabilizes the foundation. Our Foreman, Kiko Pena, and his production crew were successfully able to restore the structural integrity of Brett’s home by installing 7 of our SmartJacks and supplemental beams. Our SmartJack support system is made with strong, corrosion-resistant, galvanized steel. It supports the failing structure and can also often lift failing floor joists, restoring them to their original position. Brett is happy with the project and can rest easy, knowing his home has been stabilized.

GeoLocks is an innovative wall anchor system that permanently stabilizes your foundation wall by anchoring your walls to untouched soil beyond your foundation. The crew installed five GeoLock anchors along the west basement wall. After all the GeoLocks were secured into place, the crew could clean up their site and leave the home. To complete the work, our crew filled the holes with soil and replaced the dirt, leaving the home better than the way they found it.
