Cracked, Sunken Garage Floor Lifted in Onamia, MN

A homeowner in Onamia, MN, knew their garage floor required lifting after seeing the significant sinking. Unsure who to work with, the homeowner decided to visit some online referral websites for help. One of the first companies to catch their eye was us, American Waterworks. Once the estimate was finalized, one of our Design Specialists, Gary, traveled to the home to start the inspection. Gary arrived at the home and began by inspecting the driveway, garage floor, and surrounding concrete. Following his inspection, Gary determined that the garage slab was sinking into the ground. To seal these cracks, the homeowner used NexusPro Crack Repair, a silicone-based solution. Once the slab was lifted, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. Sinking Driveway Gets Lifted in Minneapolis, MN

A homeowner from Minneapolis, MN, was suffering from a sinking concrete driveway, forcing her to slam on her brakes to enter her car into the garage, and then slam on the brakes to not damage the garage. One day she saw one of our concrete ads in a local shopper and decided to call us and schedule her FREE estimate. A few weeks later, our Design Specialist headed out to the home. 

Once our Design Specialist completed his walkthrough, he met with the homeowner to give her his recommendations. Sinking Sidewalk Steps Raised in Stillwater, MN

A homeowner in Stillwater, MN, noticed their front steps were becoming dangerous. Hoping to avoid replacing the steps, the homeowner looked into alternative concrete repair methods, like lifting.
