We sent one of our Design Specialists, Pete Wangen, to her home to look at her crawl space and give her a FREE estimate. Pete was able to develop a solid plan to waterproof and encapsulate her crawl space, so she would not have to deal with these frustrations again. She was pleased with Pete's proposal, so an installation date was set. 

Our production team installed a SmartDrain crawl space sump pump, SilverGlo, our TerraBlock vapor barrier, CleanSpace and an EverLast crawl space door. The combination of these crawl space repair products created a clean, dry and energy efficient space for Pat. She no longer has the frustration of dealing with critters getting into her home or freezing pipes in the winter. She also is enjoying savings on her energy bill. Ron H. in Elkton, MN had a musty smell coming from his dirt crawl space. He also noticed that it was very humid and he was concerned that energy was being lost through the crawl space. He saw a commercial for American Waterworks and was interested to learn more about our crawl space encapsulation services, so he contacted us for a FREE estimate. One of our Design Specialists went to his home to inspect his crawl space and develop a solution. We were able to confirm that there was quite a bit of moisture accumulating in his crawl space which was causing the musty smell. We also confirmed that energy was being wasted because his crawl space was not insulated. We presented him with an encapsulation plan and he was pleased with the proposal, so he scheduled a date for the project.

Our production team installed drainage matting along the dirt floor and installed our SuperSump sump pump in the corner of the crawl space. Then, they encapsulated the crawl space with our CleanSpace vapor barrier system which protects the space from moisture and potential mold growth. Lastly, they placed a SaniDry dehumidifier in the crawl space to control the humidity. The process took a couple of days to complete, but Ron now has a bright, clean and healthy crawl space. He is also saving money on his energy bill each month.

Our production crew laid Terra Block matting on the entire dirt floor, a SmartDrain sump pump, and then installed CleanSpace over the top of it and along the walls. Our WaterGuard serves as an underground drain and collects water from basement walls, while our CleanSpace prevents humidity and mold from invading a specific area. A homeowner in New Hampton, IA, grew concerned their crawl space was in serious trouble. Unsure of the cause, the homeowner began looking into crawl space repair near New Hampton, IA. The homeowner looked through several companies and their eye was caught by our five-star ratings and reviews. Impressed with our work, the homeowner knew we were the best company for the job. Once the crawl space was cleared, the crew shifted their focus to installing Drainage Matting on the crawl space floor. Following the Drainage Matting, the crew shifted their focus to installing TerraBlock on the crawl space floor. Next, the crew attached CleanSpace to the crawl space walls and floors. Finally, the crew finished up by installing Foamax on the outside crawl space walls. After Kiko and his crew completed the installation, they cleaned up their materials and left the home.
