Sinking Walkway Gets Lifted in Bismarck, ND

A homeowner in Bismarck, ND, contacted us when she noticed two of our concrete slabs were beginning to sink over time. Not wanting the issue to worsen, she took advantage of our FREE estimate. A few weeks later, our Design Specialist, Dylan, headed out to the home. Once he completed his walk-through, he informed the homeowner that American Waterworks could remedy the issue using our PolyLevel, a polyurethane foam that expands when it's injected underneath concrete slabs, slowly lifting the slabs back to their desired position. Dylan then said that after the concrete has been lifted, our team will install our NexusPro, a silicone-based sealant that gets applied to the joints and cracks in concrete slabs, preventing water or other elements from getting underneath the slab. The homeowner agreed and work was scheduled for a few weeks later.

When the job had been completed, our homeowner was thrilled to know that she no longer needed to worry about uneven concrete!

Interior Cracked Concrete Repaired in Bismarck, ND

A homeowner in Bismarck, ND, discovered rips in their flooring. After doing some further investigation, the homeowner discovered the concrete below the flooring was severely cracked. Knowing they could not solve the issue themselves, the homeowners began looking into professional concrete repair services in North Dakota. Hoping to avoid concrete replacement, the homeowner looked into alternative methods. The homeowner came across our website and decided to take a closer look at our concrete lifting and leveling services. Impressed with our services, the homeowner signed up for their FREE estimate on our website. As soon as the estimate appointment was settled, we sent one of our Design Specialists, Ian, to the home to investigate. Once he arrived, Ian began his detailed walkthrough of the interior and exterior concrete. Ian discovered the concrete floors were cracking because the home was settling. To stop the settlement from continuing, Ian recommended lifting the sunken concrete and installing Push Piers along the north side of the home. After some consideration, the homeowner decided to go along with the recommendations. Next, Ian passed the plans along to the Office to be finalized and then they were assigned to our Foreman, Charlie, and his crew. Charlie and his crew arrived at the home and started the project. First, the crew lifted the interior concrete floors. To lift these floors, the crew utilized PolyLevel throughout the entire slab. Next, the crew installed 13 Push Piers along the north wall. Once the Push Piers were installed, the crew attached Sentry and SilverGlo to the outside foundation. Finally, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was relieved to know their home was properly repaired. American Waterworks is happy to provide its homeowners peace of mind.
