Uneven Walkway in Minneapolis, MN Lifted with PolyLevel
A homeowner in Minneapolis, MN noticed that his walkway had begun settling causing a trip hazard in the area. Concerned for his family, he quickly decided to look into concrete lifting in the area and found our website. After browsing our website and looking through our concrete before and after photos, the homeowner was confident in our crews and contacted us to schedule his FREE estimate.
In a couple of weeks, our Design Specialist, Jesse W., arrived at the home to inspect the homeowner's concerns and to answer questions. He explained to the homeowner that one of the common causes of settling concrete is soil washout. When it rains or floods, water moves through the ground and washes away supporting soils keeping the slabs upright. Luckily, our PolyLevel, a waterproof foam-expanding formula specifically engineered to accurately lift settling slabs, can fix the problem! Jesse also suggested our NexusPro, a silicone-based sealant that is UV resistant so it will not crack, for the joints. After reviewing Jesse's proposal, the homeowner happily agreed and decided to move forward with the project.
In about a month, our Foreman, Patrick B., and his crew arrived at the home for the installation. He lifted the concrete by drilling small holes into the slabs and inserting the injection ports. PolyLevel is then injected into the slab, causing it to lift to the desired height. Once this was done, the crew sealed the holes with cement before sealing the joints with NexusPro. After they were done, they cleaned up their equipment and left the home.

Sinking Concrete Patio Gets a Lift in Blaine, MN
A Blaine, MN, homeowner had been dealing with an issue for a while. His concrete patio was slowly sinking, creating a trip hazard. The homeowner didn't want any more damage to come to his backyard, so he decided to sign up for one of our FREE estimates, and a few weeks later, our Design Specialist, Romeo, headed out to the home.
Once Romeo completed his inspection, he delivered his recommendations to the homeowner. He explained that we could address the sinking concrete using our PolyLevel method. PolyLevel is a dense polyurethane foam that expands when injected beneath sinking concrete slabs. It works to fill voids left by soil erosion and to slowly lift the concrete back to its desired location. Romeo then said that once the lift is complete, our team would go in with our NexusPro. NexusPro is a silicone-based sealant that gets applied directly to cracks and joints in the lifted concrete. It works to prevent unwanted moisture from getting below the slab to the vulnerable concrete below. The homeowner liked the sound of the plan and scheduled the job to be completed several weeks later.
On the day of the installation, our Foreman, Troy J, and his team headed out to the home and completed the lift and seal with no complications. Now our customers can enjoy their outdoor space without worrying about trip hazards!

Settling Back Porch Lifted in Minneapolis, MN
A homeowner in Minneapolis, MN, noticed that his back porch had begun sinking, causing the slabs to lean on one side. Worried it would be a trip hazard and that it would get worse, the homeowner decided to address the issue immediately and began looking for concrete lifting in the area. The homeowner found our website and contacted us to schedule his FREE estimate.
In a couple of weeks, our Design Specialist, Romeo V., arrived at the home to answer any questions the homeowner had and to conduct a proper inspection of the porch. For this reason, Romeo recommended PolyLevel to lift the concrete and NexusPro to seal the joints. After reviewing the proposal, the homeowner happily agreed to Romeo's recommendations.

PolyLevel is then injected beneath the slab, expanding and filling in the empty spaces in the soil. Once the slab has been lifted, the crew then seals the holes with cement. Lastly, the crew used NexusPro to seal the joints. After they were done, they cleaned up their equipment and left the home.
