A homeowner in Plymouth, MN, was growing more and more frustrated with the concrete in front of her house. Her concrete stairs leading up to her front door were beginning to sink, creating a trip hazard and an eyesore. Not wanting to sacrifice safety or curb appeal, the homeowner decided to begin researching companies in the area that could help. Once Daniel completed his inspection, he met with the homeowner to give her his recommendation. He informed her that American Waterworks could address the sinking with our PolyLevel method. PolyLevel is a polyurethane foam that expands when injected beneath sinking slabs, filling voids left by soil erosion and slowly lifting concrete back into place. Daniel went on to say that we finished our lifting process with the installation of our NexusPro. A silicone-based sealant, NexusPro gets applied directly to the cracks and joints in the slab being lifted, preventing unwanted elements from permeating the slab. The homeowner agreed with the proposed work and the job was scheduled for a month later.

Dave P. in Cleveland, MN noticed his patio concrete had settled and was uneven in a couple of spots.
