The Design Specialist promptly arrived and started his detailed walk-through of the concrete surrounding the home. Following his walk-through, the Design Specialist determined the sidewalk was sinking due to settlement. To stop the settlement from continuing, the Design Specialist suggested lifting the sidewalk and patio with our PolyLevel solution. After some consideration, the homeowner knew that this was their best option. Once the homeowner and office gave the stamp of approval, the plans were sent to our Foreman, Troy, and his crew. Troy and his crew arrived at the home and started lifting and patio with PolyLevel, a polyurethane foam injection solution. Sunken Concrete Stairs Get Transformed in Minnetonka, MN

A homeowner from Minnetonka, MN, noticed that his front walkway was beginning to separate from his front step, causing an eyesore and, more importantly, a trip hazard. He decided to start the search for a company that could fix the issue. He saw one of our printed ads in a local magazine and decided to give us a call and claim his FREE estimate. A few weeks later, our Design Specialist, Mitch S, headed to the home to see what could be done.

Once Mitch completed his walkthrough, he met with the homeowner and informed him that American Waterworks could address the sinking with the help of our PolyLevel solution. He explained that PolyLevel is a dense, polyurethane foam that expands when injected beneath sinking slabs, filling voids left by soil erosion and slowly lifting the concrete back into place. He finished by saying that we finish all of our concrete installs with our NexusPro. A silicone-based sealant, NexusPro gets applied to all cracks and joints in the concrete and works to prevent any unwanted moisture or debris from getting beneath the slab. The homeowner liked the sound of Mitch's plan, and a few weeks later the project began.

On the day of the installation, our Foreman, Ryan, and his team made quick work of the project. Now, our customer can enjoy a trip-free walkway!
