Adam in Hendricks, MN was concerned about the cracked and bowing walls in his basement. He contacted American Waterworks to learn more about our foundation repair solutions. We sent one of our Design Specialists, Jeremy Radkte, to his home to inspect his basement, develop a solution and provide him with a FREE estimate! Jeremy put together a thorough plan to permanently repair Adam’s foundation using wall anchors.

Our production crew started installing the wall anchors by drilling small holes through his foundation walls and inserting long metal rods. They also dug small holes in the soil surrounding the home that lined up with the holes drilled in the walls. Then, they secured both ends of the rods with anchor plates and tightened them. The installation only took a couple of days to complete, and now Adam’s foundation is permanently stabilized.

Jerry and Rita B.'s foot corner section of their foundation cracked and sank, causing them to worry about the structural repairs needed to help their home. Cailen, a homeowner in Farwell, MN, was concerned with the state of his basement. He was experiencing water leaking into the space as a result of a failing wall. He got in contact with us as he was afraid that, if left unchecked, the failing foundation would compromise the home's structural integrity and affect the basement's window sills, which could become costly further down the road.

He explained to Cailen that our GeoLock anchors are the ideal solution to permanently stabilize a foundation wall by anchoring the problem wall to the hard-packed virgin soil beyond the foundation. Cailen agreed to the work, and the project began shortly after.

Our Foreman, Lane, and his crew ended up installing three of our GeoLock anchors on the wall. These anchors allow minimal disturbance to lawn and landscaping. This system has the option to be tightened over time to further straighten foundation walls and pull them back into their original position, which added further peace of mind. Once the job was finished, Cailen was satisfied to know that his failing wall worries were in the past!

A homeowner in Akeley, MN, noticed their deck foundation was beginning to struggle. Unsure of how to handle the issue, the homeowner knew they needed professional assistance. After doing some research into foundation repair options. The homeowner came across our anchor foundation repair system. Once they were approved, the plans were finalized by the office and directed to the assigned crew. After they arrived, the crew began by prepping the area of the Helical Pier installation. The crew installed four Helical Piers on the north side of the desk. After the piers were secured, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home.
