Brian from Staples, MN got in contact with us when he began to notice that his basement ceiling was beginning to sag. He was afraid that if he left the issue unresolved, he would run the risk of doing serious damage to the structure of his home, so he decided to call our office. We set him up with our FREE estimate, entitling him to a thorough inspection by one of our Design Specialists. Shortly after, our Design Specialists, Kole, headed out to the property to see what could be done. Once he completed his walkthrough, he could make recommendations as to how we could help. Kole wanted to use our SmartJacks to correct the sloping. He explained to Brian that the SmartJacks can be adjusted over time to provide additional straightening and leveling action if necessary. Brian agreed with Kole's recommendation and work began shortly after. 

Our Foreman, Zach, and his crew finished the job swiftly. They ended up placing 13 SmartJacks around the basement of the home. Now Brian no longer needs to worry about sloping floors! 

Derek G. in Dawson, MN was concerned about his wet basement and cracked foundation walls. He had inward bowing walls and water was seeping through. Our Foreman, Jose Castillo, and his production team removed the concrete around the perimeter of the basement floor. They installed 22 PowerBraces and secured them to the walls before laying the WaterGuard drainage system. Once the WaterGuard was laid, they installed our SuperSump and CleanSpace wall vapor barrier, filled back the gaps in the concrete with rock, and replaced the concrete. The installation took a couple of days to complete, but Derek is now confident in the stability of his home, and he has peace of mind that his basement will remain dry.
