Wayne S. in Waukon, IA had water leaking into his basement. Our Foreman, Kiko Pena, and his production crew got to work and installed 194 feet of our WaterGuard drainage system around the perimeter of the basement and the feed line through the middle of the floor. Then, they installed our SuperSump sump pump in the corner. The WaterGuard properly drains water to the sump pump and from there, the water is pumped through the discharge line and expelled from the home. Wayne is glad he made the investment to protect his basement for the long-term.

A homeowner in Waukon, IA, discovered large pools of water throughout their basement. Worried by this finding, the homeowner frantically searched for a company to solve this issue. After hearing about our fast service, the homeowner called our Appointment Center to sign up for their FREE estimate. Once the estimate was set, the homeowner waited for the arrival of Rick, one of our Design Specialists. After Rick arrived, he went to the basement and started inspecting the level of damage. During his inspection, Rick discovered water was rapidly leaking into the basement. Once the WaterGuard was secured, the crew dug a feed line across the floor to tie into the new sump pump, the SuperSump+. Once all the products were installed, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was impressed with the excellent work done by the crew.
