We chose to work with American Waterworks because it was the first quote we received from a company who had a financing option. Every conversation with a representative from the company was pleasant and very helpful. The Design Specialist was amazing, and the installation crew was very friendly and efficient. They went above and beyond on our project!

Kevin, the Design Specialist, took the time to explain the process and gave us a detailed quote. The installatoin crew, lead by James, was very firendly and had great work ethic. From start to finish, everything was excellent! The brochures sent in the mail, and all communication throughout the entire process. No suprises!

The Design Specialist, Matt Ryan, was very nice, knowledgeable, explained everything, and did a good job. The installation crew was very professional and explained the entire process before and after the work was done. Everyone was very professional in every aspect of the job. From the call to the office to the completion of the job! Very happy with our concrete leveling project!

Excellent! I would highly recommend them without hesitation to anyone in need. They were very educational, upfront, honest, professional, quality, etc. They did a phenomenal job. Others in the neighborhood went with another company, for less than half the price, and you can tell from the street! Ours was done, and you can't even tell. Standing on it on a sunny day, it very difficult to find the holes! It looks beautiful. And we have a 5-year guarantee of any 1/4" sink, transferrable to the next homeowner. It has been several days and both my husband and I still ooh and aah every time we step outside. Very pleased, and would go with them again in a heartbeat. I rarely am pleased with services provided. We received a discount for signing up the day of the in-home quote, as well as a discount for having the promotional sign in our yard. If you want a cheap product done poorly for cheap, go elsewhere. If you want high quality for a little more, look no further, and you will thank yourself later. It really can be quite comparable in pricing between American Waterworks and the "other guys."

Trevor Ellingson and his crew did an excellent job with our driveway. They made sure everything was done right with challenging weather. When we had questions, Trevor made sure we understood. He kept us up-to-date on the job progress. We are very satisfied so far.

We decided to work with American Waterworks because of their reputation and the honesty of the company. Also, I saw some work that our neighbors had done by another company. It wasn't level at all, and it accumulated water. After speaking with the design specialist from American Waterworks about our concerns, we were more than confident in their work! On July 29, Troy and Corey completed the concrete work we had contracted with American Waterworks. The project included raising sections of our sidewalk and driveway and sealing some cracks and spaces between concrete surfaces and the garage structure. The crew was clearly knowledgeable and skilled and interacted with us in a professional, friendly, and courteous manner. The project was completed to our satisfaction. One corner of our driveway was quite low in relation to the street. In order to raise the driveway to match the street, a significant mismatch with the adjacent sidewalk would result. The crew spent considerable time measuring and leveling in order to define a plan that would achieve the best balance between adjacent surfaces. Pride in doing the job to the best of their abilities was apparent, and exactly the type of professional attitude that a homeowner can hope for. 

For the estimate, they showed up on time and spent a lot of time looking at the problem before deciding that the could be leveled using their PolyLevel procedure. They gave us a very reasonable quote, which we accepted the next day and scheduled the work to be done in about two weeks. On the day of the work, the crew called to let us know when they were about 10 minutes away and showed up well within the stated window of time. The crew spent a lot of time making sure everything was as good as it could get. They were very pleasant and professional. The results are nothing short of amazing!
