Before & After Photos

Here is an ugly crawlspace that needed some work done. We came in and installed new supports and encapsulated this whole crawlspace in Duluth, MN, making the rest of the home more comfortable and healthier too.

This Duluth, MN customer called DBS looking for a quote to fix a small gap around the perimeter of his basement foundation. Design Specialist Henrik Makitalo visited with this customer and did a thorough inspection of the basement. Upon the inspection, Henrik concluded that the best quality solution to this problem was to use our NexusPro joint sealant product. Zach Royer and his crew installed the sealant and left the customer feeling relieved with the results. 

Here is a photo of a before and after of a block basement that had shifted. We came in and installed push piers to stablize the foundation and the fix the cracked wall. Here you can see the window in the bathroom, before there is a gap, after the gap is gone.

We insulated the walls of this Duluth, MN crawl space using our SilverGlo® rigid board insulation. You can see the original walls lacked air sealing and insulation, which needed immediate fixing. Just as a precautionary measure, we also added drainage matting to the floor should any water enter the crawl space. This matting will direct water to and through your drain pipes.
