This home had an unfinished crawl space which allowed water to pool and mold to grow. The solution for the unwanted water was to install our CleanSpace® waterproofing barrier, insulate the rim joists with closed cell spray foam and seal off the crawl space. A DBS Foreman led the installation of this project with assistance from a crew. Together they installed 4 PowerBrace® i-beams in the crawlspace to provide proper support to the crawl space walls. Each i-beam has a bracket at the top that can be tightened over time in an attempt to straighten the wall back to its original position. The system is backed with a 75-year warranty against the movement, ensuring that the owner can have peace of mind.
