Homeowners in Centuria, WI had a leaky and wet basement. They knew it was most likely due to cracking in their foundation.  In search of a permanent solution, they reached out to DBS. 

DBS Sales Manager Royce Bunn was the Design Specialist for this project and recommended that a new drain system needed to be installed, as well as substantial support for the shifting basement walls.

A DBS foreman and crew installed a new french drain system and CleanSpace® Vapor Barrier along the perimeter of the basement. This system directs all the moisture to a new SuperSump® Premier Pump System. 

To permanently stabilize the basement walls, 8 steel I-beams were used. This PowerBrace™ Wall Bracing System, is meant to support walls from further movement and can be tightented over time, in order to restore the wall to its original position.

The installation was successful and provided a solid solution to the leaking water and foundation cracks. 

The owner of this home in Lakeville, MN reached out to us looking for a solution to their cracked concrete block foundation walls.

One of our Design Specialists went out to the home to run a free estimate appointment for the homeowner. After a thorough inspection, our Design Specialist created a quote for our Geo-Lock™ Wall Anchor System.

Foreman Trevor Ingle led the installation of this project with help from a crew. Together they installed the wall anchors along the crawl space walls to prevent any further bowing or cracking from happening.

Now the homeowner can relax with peace of mind from an unstable crawl space.

Foreman Trevor Ingle led the installation of this project with help from a team. These GeoLock® Anchors are attached both inside and outside of the home in order to stabilize the wall. The product can also be adjusted in order to straighten the wall.

This homeowner in Webster, MN,  reached out to us, troubled by a drafty, widening gap by their door. The gap signaled foundation issues, creating a hazard for the homeowners . The solution to this was the Helical Pier. The finished project delivered seamless alignment for the homeowners, a testament to our commitment to providing a durable fix. 

This hardware store in Bayfield, WI was having problems with sunken concrete. It was creating tripping hazards and making it a hassle to load and unload merchandise as they wheeled it into their storage area (the uneven concrete created obstacles for wheeled dolly carts). Slanted concrete can also lead to problems with nearby structures when it drains water into or toward the structure. The owners of this property saw the value in having level concrete, so they had us several slabs that led to the building and to their storage area. The concrete in these pictures was dramatically lifted and the now level result aids in draining water away from the building, preventing possible future damages to the building.
