Sales Manager Royce Bunn was the Design Specialist for this project and visited the home to provide a free, no-obligation estimate for the work. It was determined that an insulating-waterproofing system would need to be installed.

DBS Foreman Zach Royer and crew excavated soil around the base of the home's front entry and added a SentrySeal® membrane to seal off any cracks in the foundation from the outside. The crew also installed SilverGlo™ insulation to further protect the home's foundation.

The homeowners were happy with the work done and now have heavy-duty insulation and support for their basement.

Together they installed the WaterGuard®Drain System around the interior perimeter of the basement by creating trenches for the drains to be placed into. The TripleSafe™ sump pump was installed in the lowest part of the home to collect water in the drains and pump it up and away from the foundation.

Each PowerBrace™ is affixed to the rim joists of the home with a steel bracket that can be tightened during dry periods in an attempt to straighten the wall back to its original position.
