Sagging Floor Support in Duluth, MN

A homeowner in Duluth, MN was experiencing a crawl space issue with their home. The area was inadequately supported with old wooden posts, and over time, this can cause settling within the surface and sagging for the floors above. In need of a fixture, they reached out to DBS and had a Design Specialist come out to give them a free, no-obligation estimate for a solution. It was determined that we would install the SmartJack® System along with the crawl space with a supplemental support beam across the sagging floor joists.
