Design Specialist Henrik Makitalo assisted this owner in a free no-obligation estimate for their home's needs. After inspection, he recommended the installation of PowerBrace™ Wall Bracing System in order to stabilize their foundation as well as a WaterGuard® system to waterproof their basement.

Foreman Osia Williams led this team in the installation process. After excavating around the outside of the caving wall, the team installed 2 PowerBrace™ steel I-beams by securing steel brackets to the rim joists on the flooring. These PowerBrace™ beams have a 75-year warranty against movement and can be tightened over time to restore your wall back to its original position. To accompany this installation, the team also installed a WaterGuard® drain system to collect water through wall and floor seepage and avoid future leakage into the basement.
