Walkway Repair in Nixa, MO

This homeowner wanted to remove trip hazards and make her walkways look better. Her concrete walkway was sinking and settling, which was an eyesore on the front of their home. When we inspected, we found that the soil below the sidewalk had washed out, which was causing the concrete to drop into the voids. To fix, we lifted and leveled the sidewalk with PolyLevel, a foam that is injected to stabilize the concrete. Next, we used NexusPro to seal all the cracks and joints to prevent water from entering and washing out the soil again.

Their home was in great condition, however their backyard concrete path was in a rough condition. They wanted to get the true worth of the home, and they were concerned that their concrete problem would hurt that, so they decided to give us a call.

We sent System Design Specialist Brandon Powers to inspect the concrete and determine which places were best to lift the concrete back to an even level. Protecting Concrete in Branson, MO

This homeowner has lived in his house for many years. He noticed that the concrete on his driveway had started to crack and flake, however he wanted to maintain it for as long as he decides to live there. He had about our services from his friend, so he gave us a call to see how we could help him.

We sent System Design Specialist Nick Tiberghien to inspect this homeowner's concrete and determine a comprehensive solution to fix the concrete problems. Nick found that due to a lack of control joints for expansion and shrinking, the concrete slabs ran into each other and started to crack. The pitting and flaking on the concrete was another result of the concrete expansion. Nick talked to the homeowner about options to fix this, so he had one of our teams come out and power wash the driveway so that they could begin repairs on a clean surface. The team utilized SealantPro to protect the concrete's surface from further damage from pitting and flaking, then they used NexusPro to seal the cracks and joints of the concrete from expanding further.

The homeowner is so happy that his driveway was fixed and he thinks it looks great. Check out his sealed and protected concrete!

Concrete Repair in Lathrop, MO

This family noticed that their driveway concrete slabs were sinking, cracking and getting worse. Beneath their driveway, water from rain and melting snow was gradually washing away the soil that supported the concrete slabs, allowing them to sink into voids and crack under its own weight. Fortunately the homeowners called Thrasher while the problem could still be repaired, and we injected Polylevel polyurethane foam beneath the slabs to lift, level and provide the necessary support. Now the homeowners have the peace of mind that comes from knowing their concrete won't be hurting their curb appeal.
