The homeowners called EFS for a free inspection of their home and our Design Specialist met with them at their home and inspected the entire basement. Our Design Specialist recommended installing FlexiSpan to seal the crack and prevent water from entering the home.
Helical Piers to Stabilize 4 Season Porch, Georgetown, MA
This homeowner in Georgetown, Massachusetts, has lived in their home for the past 10 years and had noticed the doors and windows of their 4 season porch were difficult to open and close. They decided to call EFS for a free inspection of the porch to determine what had caused this issue. Our Design Specialist discovered that the difficulty of opening and closing the doors and windows stemmed from the supports under the porch being settled. We recommended installing 3 Helical Piers with porch brackets under the porch to stabilize it.
Replacing Basement Columns
This older brick column was failing, causing the beam and floor above to sag more and more over the years. It was also a large, bulky obstacle at the bottom of the basement steps. The brick column was replaced with a stable SmartJack, cleaner looking and offering long lasting support.
